Anshul Pandey to play lead in Dangal show, Pakistani Bahu

Actor Anshul Pandey who essayed the role of Naman in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has bagged the lead role in Dangal’s upcoming show, titled ‘Pakistani Bahu’.

The show will be produced by Jay Productions, who have the ongoing series on Star Bharat, Jiji Maa.

The show will be about a Pakistani girl coming to India and how with time, she would fall in love with an Indian boy.

Newcomer Richa Rathod will play the role of the lead girl.

As per sources, “Anshul will play the role of Raj Pandey, a guy from Lucknow who would aspire to be a singer.”

We buzzed Anshul and he said, “Yes, I am doing the lead role in the Dangal show. But I can talk about it only after some time, as I have not shot much.”

We also buzzed Producer Kinnari Mehtaa from Jay Productions, she confirmed the development.
