Senior actress Vijay Laxmi Singh, who played an important role in Imlie on Star Plus, will be back with the channel with the new show, Sairaab, produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures. The show will be a love story exploring an intense, layered romance between two individuals from entirely different worlds. Rohit Chandel will play the role of a singer by the name Ishaan, while Madirakshi Mundle, the female lead, will be a doctor.

Now, we hear that Vijay Laxmi Singh will play one of the matriarchs in the main joint family of the female lead. On TV, she has been part of Imlie and Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji. She has featured in projects such as Breathe, Bad Newz, etc.
