The episode of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai starts with Vibhuti asking why is Tiwari crying. Tiwari says he cannot see Vibhuti in pain. Vibhuti gets emotional and says that he loves Tiwari, as he loves Vibhuti. Tiwari says he loves Vibhuti a lot.
Gupta comes to Vibhuti and says Anita is out of danger but they need to do her plastic surgery as her face is damaged. Gupta says he has called a plastic surgeon and will need Anita’s photo so that the doctor can try to fix her face.
David asks Vibhuti to get Anita’s photo. Vibhuti says he doesn’t have Anita’s clear photo. David scolds Vibhuti for not having Anita’s picture. Helen and David try to find Anita’s picture. Helen shows Vibhuti their marriage picture. Vibhuti says Anita was fat before.
Meanwhile, Tiwari and Angoori pray for Anita’s health. Tiwari says he was waiting for Anita to return but did not know such a thing will happen.
Later, Tiwari and Vibhuti are drinking. Vibhuti asks Tiwari if he has any picture of Anita. Tiwari says he has a lot of pictures. Tiwari shows Vibhuti the pictures and says he has good photography skills.
Vibhuti gives the picture in the hospital and asks the doctor to start with the surgery.
Meanwhile, Teeka, Tilu and Malkan cry for Anita. Teeka says Anita will be alright as she is undergoing plastic surgery.
3 girls come to them and say that they want to go out with Teeka, Tilu and Malkan.
