The episode of Imlie starts with Pankaj seeing Imlie keeping God’s idol in her cloth bag. He asks Imlie why is she keeping it in her bag. Imlie says that wherever she goes, she takes her God with her.
Pankaj asks Imlie to get her school certificate from home so that they can do Imlie’s admission to college. Pankaj asks Imlie to come back soon as they will miss her.
Imlie recollects Aditya telling her to go back home and never come back. Imlie cries and emotionally hugs Pankaj.
Meanwhile, Aditya and the whole family are waiting for Imlie in the living room. Each member hugs Imlie and says that they will miss Imlie.
Malini asks Aditya to be safe and take care of Imlie. Malini then hugs Imlie and asks her to return soon.
Imlie cries thinking that everyone will hate her when they will know that Imlie will never return to Tripathi house.
Aditya and Imlie get on the bus and travel towards Imlie’s village. Imlie cries thinking about the time spent with the Tripathi family.
They take a halt in the middle. Imlie goes in the washroom and wears a sari.
Meanwhile, Malini talks on a video call with Aditya. Kids come to Malini with Imlie’s mangalsutra. Malini thinks that Imlie’s mother gave her mangalsutra to marry a boy from the city.
Aditya then disconnects the call and scolds Imlie to keep the mangalsutra at home. Imlie says that she did not keep the mangalsutra at home. She forgot to take it with her.
They reach Pagdandiya village. Imlie says that she will go home alone. Aditya says that he will go to the lodge.
Aditya then gives some money to Imlie and says that she will need it for her studies. Imlie refuses the money. Aditya says the money is for all the hard work she did at Tripathi house. Imlie takes the money and asks him how much money is it.
