In today’s episode, we see, Manish, saying, “No means no.” Everyone tells him to calm down. He says, whatever happens, but he will not let her daughter get married to the Birlas. Aarohi claims that Abhimanyu proposed to her and that she was turned down. Aarohi claims that everyone is against her, that Akshara has taken everything from her, and that the problem is that she wants to marry Abhimanyu.
He soothes her nerves. He claims that Manish is correct, that Abhimanyu loves Akshara, and that such relationships fall afterwards. She begs, “Please don’t rob my happiness this time,” referring to Abhimanyu. I was helpless, Akhilesh claims, and it was her wish that I broke down, but I can’t watch my Aarohi distraught. He claims that we will forget what happened and that we should not become a hindrance to the enjoyment of the children; please explain this to Manish. Akhilesh responds, “Aarohi is correct; we are thinking of our egos; this happened during Naira and Suwarna’s time; why are we making it such a huge deal?” Manish is greeted by Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu replies, “I told you I’m not dual-faced,” and that this time, we’ve officially established a relationship. Abhimanyu adds, “I know you’re going to think it’s strange, because I was asking for love before, and now I’m asking for a relationship.” Abhimanyu claims that it is an arranged marriage and that the intention to retain it is more important than love or responsibility. Aarohi says it’s plenty for her and that everything will work out in the end.
Dadi and you are elders, Abhimanyu continues, so please give your approval, pass over a shagun coconut, and fix the alliance; our happiness is in your hands. According to Aarohi, you must first burn the chiles.
