Sara Tendulkar’s instagram handle speaks volumes about her love for Coffee and chocolates. Not long ago, she took to her instafam and shared her favourite “Mocha” recipe.

In the shared video, Sara took us through her secret recipe of mocha, which convinced us that ‘More espresso equals less depresso’. She captioned the video with, “Tuesday morning mocha …. #coffee ”

Talking about the ingredients for ‘Mocha’, you’ll require 2 tablespoon melted chocolate, half a cup black coffee, half a cup frothy milk and 1 teapoon cocoa powder dust.

The first step for preparing your morning moch is to layer the melted chocolate in a cup, then add hot black coffee and give it a stir. Now, add your frothy milk to it. Then, sprinkle some cocoa powder dust on top of it. Within these 5 steps, your morning refreshment mocha is ready to enjoy.

Besides this, talking about its benefits, Mocha cappuccino is considered stronger than drip coffee but has so much less caffeine as it is made with smaller amount of steamed milk and a thick layer of foam. Mocha cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee that can significantly prevent the oxidization of bad cholesterol, lowers the chances of a stroke by 20 per cent and prevent heart problems as per studies.

From lowering the risk of developing depression to dramatically reducing suicide risk, coffee got it all sorted.
