Korean culture is getting popular day-by-day. We have seen many Korean celebrities promoting their culture and raising it to the international level. Korean singing, artwork, fashion is getting popular but other than that food is something that the Indian BTS Army would love.

1. Fridge drawer kimchi-
Ingredients- 1 shredded carrot, 1 finely sliced celery stick, 2 shredded spring onions, ¼ shredded and plus one whole white cabbage, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a thumb-sized finely grated ginger piece, 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes, ½ tsp soft light brown sugar, fine sea salt

Procedure-

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze and try to release as much as possible liquid.
2. Transfer everything into a clean, sterilized jar, push down so that the liquid sits on the top and everything is submerged.
3. Cut the whole cabbage leaves to size then place them on top.
4. Chill for at least 24 hours.

2. Kimchi Bokkeumbap-
Ingredients- 1 cup drained and chopped kimchi, 1/2 chopped sweet onion, 1 finely chopped tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or oil, 1/3 cup thinly sliced beef, 3 cups rice cooked, Salt to taste, 4 fried eggs.

Procedure-

1. Sauté kimchi and onion in a pan over medium heat.
2. Now, add garlic, soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of the butter; sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the meat and sauté. Cook the meat properly.
4. Turn off the heat, and place the pan on the burner.
5. Now, add cooked rice and the rest of the butter.
6. Add salt and mix.
7. Serve each bowl of rice with a fried egg on top.
