3 Healthy Meal Recipes To Cook In 15-Minutes

Chickpeas with veggies:
Boil 1 cup of chickpeas. Cut 1 large onion to small pieces, chop one tomato to medium pieces, chop lettuce to fine strains. Add all this to the boiled chickpeas, add a pinch of salt and asafoetida, mix well. Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar for taste. Enjoy your tasty meal.

Chicken rice:
Semi-boiled stripped or chopped chicken. Wash thoroughly one cup rice and add 3 cups of water, a pinch of salt and let it boil, keep aside once well cooked. In a pan warm oil and sauté t teaspoon of cumin seeds and 2 medium chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add a pinch of asafoetida and salt, stir well. Add chopped tomato and green peas. Put the cooked rice and keep mixing for 2 minutes, add the boiled stripped or chopped chicken and cook for more 5 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals. Once done turn off the flame and serve hot.

Tortilla Egg Roll:
Take 2 cups of rice flour and add water slowly while knitting to prepare a thick dough, prepare flat tortillas with the raw dough and bake them. In a frying pan fry an egg the way you want. Put the egg inside the tortilla, put a slice of cheese or spread cream cheese over it. Add your favorite sauce or ketchup. Garnish with herbs.
