1. Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients-

1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 peeled banana, 1 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tsp no calories sweetener, ½ cup water.

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Strawberry waffles recipe.

Ingredients-

1 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 medium mashed banana, 1/2 cup mashed strawberries, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries.

Instructions :-

  1. Heat the waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except for strawberries and mix well.
  3. Spray the waffle iron with nonstick spray.
  4. Pour batter, up to 1/4 cup, into the waffle iron, and cook according to the instructions.
  5. Usually, The waffle iron will beep off a light to indicate if the waffle is done. This differs according to the brand. Remove the waffle and repeat the same with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve hot with sliced strawberries on top. Add honey, maple syrup, or your favorite topping.

3. Pancake recipe-.

Ingredients-

1/2 cup mashed banana, 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.

Instructions:

  1. mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth to make pancakes.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and lightly spray it.
  3. Add approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form, which should take 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the pancake from the pan and repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  6. Make sure to spray the skillet with nonstick spray when cooking the pancakes.
  7. Finally, top the pancakes with fresh fruit, honey, or your favorite nut butter, and enjoy!

4. French toast recipe-

Ingredients-

Low cal bread 45 calories per slice, 2 eggs – egg white, ½ tbsp cinnamon powder, ½ tbsp vanilla extract, Low-calorie sweetener, unsalted butter, Nonstick cooking spray.

Method-

  1.  In a broad dish, combine egg substitute, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and keep it aside.
  2. Bring a pan and put nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.
  3. Add some butter and let it coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Meanwhile, coat bread on both sides with the egg mixture and cook egg-coated bread in the pan.
  5. Cook them until they turn golden brown, and add your favorite topping.
