Ingredients- 3 lbs of boneless chicken thighs cut into medium pieces, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 tsp of dried oregano, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 green, yellow, red bell pepper cut into medium pieces, skewers.
Method- 1. Take the chicken pieces in the large bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix everything well. Cover, and refrigerate for 22-24 hours.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high flame. Arrange the chicken and peppers, putting a chicken piece and pepper onto the skewers properly, repeat with each chicken piece.
3. Oil the grilling grate. Cook the chicken for about 7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is well done.
