Tips to make cheese garlic bread easily at home.
½ a loaf of bread, 2 tbsp Butter, 3 to 4 medium grated garlic, 100 gms grated cheese, Black pepper and red chili flakes as required, Dry oregano, Salt as required.
Heat up oven at 200° Celsius/392° Fahrenheit before starting. Slice the loaf of bread around 0.75 inches wide.
Now halve each slice.
In a bowl add butter, grated garlic and mix well. Now spread the garlic butter evenly on all the slices.
Top with the grated cheese generously.
Sprinkle with your favorite herb or spice. You can add oregano, basil, thyme, red chili flakes, black pepper.
Place the bread slices in a baking tray.
Now keep the baking tray on the glass turntable in the convection mode.
Bake for 5 to 6 mins at 200° Celsius/392° Fahrenheit, till the edges, become a light golden, a bit crisp from the sides and the cheese melts. You don’t need to toast these slices.
Serve these cheesy garlic bread with tomato ketchup.
