Make this mouth watering Aloo Sandwich instantly at home.
Ingredients:-
2 boiled & mashed potatoes, 1½ tbsp finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander, ½ tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chaat masala, ¼ tbsp salt, 8 slices of brown bread, 4 tbsp tomato sauce or puree, 4 tbsp of green chutney, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tbsp crushed pepper, 1 Cube Cheddar grated cheese, butter for roasting.
INSTRUCTIONS:-
1. Take a large mixing bowl, take 2 boiled and mashed potato, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander. Now add ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.
2. Mix it well.
3. Now take 2 slices of bread and put 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp green chutney on each slice of bread.
4. Put a tbsp of aloo masala over bread slice.
5. Place tomato slices over aloo masala.
then sprinkle crushed black pepper.
6. Grate cheddar cheese.
7. Cover the bread slice with another slice of bread and press gently.
8. Put butter on both the slices and side and Roast.
9. Cut them into half and serve.
