Method:

For the no-bake cheesecake, you need to whisk the cream cheese & powdered sugar separately from the heavy whipping cream.

How to make the no-bake cheesecake:
STEP 1: Batter the cream cheese and powdered sugar for 1 to 3 mins, until it becomes creamy.

STEP 2: Batter the heavy whipping cream, remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a different bowl that has been frosted in the freezer. Whip until the whipped cream is heavy and holds its shape.

STEP 3: Then put in the creamy cream cheese to the whipped cream and stir them to flame on low Flame for 35 seconds till they are mixed properly. The outcome should be a fluffy, thick, mixture that holds its shape relatively well.

STEP 4: No-bake cheesecake needs to be refrigerated in the fridge for at least 6-7 hours, but I would like overnight. The chilling time helps the cheesecake to thicken and set, which is very important for cutting clean cheesecake pieces.
