INGREDIENTS- 1 cup of gram flour (besan), 3 cup ghee, 2 cups of sugar, 2 of pinch baking soda, 1 cup of water.

HOW TO MAKE MYSORE PAK

Step 1: Mysore Pak is an easier way to make sweet squeamishness; it can be cooked very easily at home. To prepare this delightful dessert recipe, put in 1 cup of ghee in a pan and heat it over medium flame. Once the ghee is adequately hot, add gram flour in it and fry it for a few moments. Fry the gram flour suitably. So that the bitter smell is gone.

Step 2: In another pan, simmer the sugar with water until it achieves one cord thickness. When the sugar syrup is prepared, put in the fried gram flour in it and swirl it until thickens. Now, Heat the ghee and add the gram flour gently and mix. Keep swirling all the time so that no lumps are established. The ghee starts to rise up from the sides and starts to loosen.

Step 3: Stir and pour into a slicked plate. Gently disperse the mixture and let it cool. Before it sets fully, cut into desired shapes. Store the Mysore Pak in an airtight container or serve them whenever you want to.
