INGREDIENTS OF HARIYALI CHICKEN TIKKA
3 chicken breasts
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
3 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
salt as required
1 1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 1/2 cup mint leaves
2 green chili
Refined oil as required
Step 1 / 3 Marinate The Chicken Pieces.
In a grinder, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies. Grind all ingredients till you achieve a smooth paste. In a large bowl add this paste and also add curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and then add the chicken pieces to it. Mix well and keep it for marination.
Step 2 / 3 Grill The Marinated Chicken.
