Soybean Pakoda- Soya chunks pakoda is a very tasty and spicy tea time snack. It is one of the favourites during the winter or rainy season.

INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Soya chunks, Salt, Cooking oil, 2 tbsp Rice flour, 1 tsp Curry leaves, Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp Asafoetida, 1/2 cup Water Gram flour, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

METHOD: 1. Put in soya chunks into the boiling water with salt to taste. Keep it to Cook for 3 mins and turn off the flame. Then leave it for 23 mins. Wash it with regular water and squeeze out the water from the soya chunks.

2. Make a thick batter with the gram flour, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, curry leaves, and water. Add the cooked soya chunks to it and mix it well.

3. Rest it for 1 hr. and then Deep fry this soya chunks in heated oil on medium flame. Tasty soya chunks ready to serve.
