Food chart-

Diet plan:

  1. Starts her day with hot water and a plate of papaya with lemon on empty stomach.
  2. She whips up different juices every day, like red juice, green juice.
  3. Cup of milk tea.
  4. Two whole eggs- omelette, boiled or scrambled.

Lunch:

  1. Rice or two chapatis with ghee, vegetables, dal, fish

Evening Snack:

  1. Makhanas sautéed in ghee.
  2. Glass of slim dahi buttermilk.

Dinner:

  1. Sour soup for proteins.
  2. Stir fried vegetables or paneer.
  3. Salmon steak.

Workout Routine-

The diva performs Yoga, Paranayam and Meditation for two days, strength training exercises for two days and one day for cardiovascular exercises.

Shilpa Shetty has also launched her health website, ‘Shilpa Shetty Wellness Series’. “My intention to initiate this channel is mainly for those people who cannot afford a gym or a nutritionist and also don’t get enough time to take care of their fitness, especially working women,” Shilpa Shetty said at the launch of the event.
