Apparently, Sushant fans see Akshay’s video defending the film industry’s image, as a ploy to secure an audience for Laxmmi Bomb. ‘Banlaxmmibomb’ began to trend soon after.
To be fair to Akshay, he didn’t say anything in the offending video that should incur the wrath of Sushant fans. To say that the film industry is not filled with drug addicts is taken to be defiance of justice for Sushant.Akshay has learned it the hard way.
