Animal abuse is no uncommon thing in India. Often we come across heinous acts of unkindness meted against these animals. However, concerned citizens have always raised their voices against such injustice and one such brave soul is Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor.
Sonam has shared a footage on her social media profile wherein a dog apparently is seen been beaten by watchmen of a society in Worli, Mumbai, allegedly on command of some residences.
It is believed that the canine entered the premises to take shelter from ongoing Mumbai rains.
Sonam took to Twitter to share how the dog was beaten and mistreated.
We hope that Sonam ‘s plea is heard and the concerned authorities close all loops pertaining to the matter.
