Leonardo DiCaprio is a famous and successful actor, film producer, and also environmental activist. He is known for his work as a lead actor for Titanic, Romeo and Juliet, The Wolf of Wall Street, and Inception.

Born in Los Angeles, DiCaprio began his career by appearing in television commercials in the late 1980s. In the early 1990s, he played recurring roles in various television series, such as the sitcom Parenthood. Leonardo DiCaprio had his first major film role as Tobias “Toby” Wolff in This Boy’s Life (1993).

Leonardo understands that success is a journey and not a destination. He started acting at age 19 and he has been active in his acting career for over 20 years. There are many movies he has acted in, some have been very successful and some have flopped.

Many see Leonardo as a successful movie actor, but little did people know that he has gone through many failures in his career. There have been numerous times that he expected to win the Oscar but never did. His accolades include an Academy Award, a BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance as Hugh Glass in The Revenant as well as two other Golden Globes for The Aviator and The Wolf of Wall Street.
