The allegations surfaced following a group photo posted by fashion designer Riccardo Tisci on his Instagram account. Despite the baseless claims, Tisci has publicly refuted the rumours by sharing a picture of the same, asserting that it is a luxury art piece.

How the rumours sprawled

A photo posted by fashion designer Riccardo Tisci on his Instagram account, featuring Korean pop star Rosé and actor Kang Dong Won among a group of individuals gathered around a table, has sparked controversy. The image raised suspicion due to the faintly visible presence of a tray in the background, leading speculators to make unfounded allegations of drug abuse against those present. Tisci promptly removed the post after the rumors began to gain traction.
