According to singer Joe Jonas, he takes facial injections to reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles. According to pagesix.com, the musician said, “We’re all getting older, and part of it is being comfortable [in our skin].” Joe, who turned 33 on August 15, is the newest celebrity brand ambassador for an anti-wrinkle injectable that uses a double-filtered mix to temporarily lessen the appearance of frown lines.
Regarding his use of injectables, the singer of “Only Human” said, “I don’t think it’s really something that we have to shy away from.” He uses the procedure to reduce the appearance of a scar between his brows in addition to his frown lines. “It wasn’t over the top, which I loved. It’s so light,” he gushed. Joe thinks that by disclosing his cosmetic procedures, other men will feel free to do the same.
“I think there is a stigma that is fading, and I like that,” he said. “There were all these talks at one point, like, ‘Oh, men can’t do this, or it’s weird for guys to do that,'” he said. “It’s fantastic to see that men are wearing cosmetics more frequently. You can basically do whatever you want. The generation we are part of is a lovely one.”
