Vikram Singh Chauhan the lead of Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka the Star Plus show is happy and excited that the show has been hitting new highs with regards to ratings with every passing week. The show which is the perfect blend of fantasy and romance is produced by Gul Khan’s 4 Lions Films.
Vikram who has always picked up lead roles that are diverse with lot of scope to perform, is glad that he is now part of a show that rates well.
Says Vikram, “Every week the TRP is going up and I am pretty sure that we will go ahead in a bigger way with time. All are happy in the unit. There is no bigger reason for happiness than the one where the hard work of the entire team is appreciated and rewarded.”
Ask him about the reasons that hold strong ground for Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka bringing huge numbers and he avers, “It is the high quality content and the quality of VFX that have been the talking point. This has worked in the show’s favour. I too want to take a bit of the credit, and as actors we have all hit a new high with the characters we are playing. The best aspect of the show is that it is not getting monotonous at all. Even after we have shot for three months now, I can very clearly say that no track has been dragged.”
“Viewers are now hooked on to the show, waiting for new tracks and story ahead. We have managed to gather the eyeballs of young kids. I get lot of messages and videos from people where their kids like the show. So this is one audience that we have covered in the show. In addition to this, the drama element is being liked by viewers of all ages,” he adds.
As for personal satisfaction, Vikram who has been part of good shows Jaana Na Dil Se Door, Ek Deewaana Tha is happy that he is part of a show with great ratings. “It was long due. I needed a show where I could say that we are Number 1. Everybody used to talk about me having done good work. I wanted people to say that the show is Number 1 and it has happened now. Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka has great content, good actors and TRPs too. It is a perfect combination and everyone in the unit is happy. Numbers really matters and we are all motivated now.”
Ask him about the entry of Arhaan Behll in the show which will open up the tashan between the good and the bad, and Vikram Singh Chauhan states, “Yes, I saw Arhaan’s opening episode. I loved the way it was shot and his look too. Yes, there will be a clash of titans, between the good and the bad. I can’t talk more on this but yes one can expect this.”
“Thankfully, the shows that I have taken up have given me great characters. I am happy and look forward to the next phase in Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka,” explains Vikram.
