Actress Vedika Bhandari who was seen as the lead girl in the series Indori Ishq has a thought process that relationships have lost their value in the phase and era we live in. In a candid chat with IWMBuzz.com, Vedika talks about how she perceives relationships of today with whatever she has been seeing and observing.

Says Vedika, “I come from an old school of thoughts. Seeing my friends, myself, and the people I have come across, I feel like relationships have lost their value with time. Two people being together, and later realizing that they need to move on comes so easy in people today. I am not saying ‘stick around’. I come from that generation where I believe in not giving up on my relationships. Seeing today’s generation, I feel like relationships have become so frivolous. Values have deteriorated to another level. I find youngsters today deciding to leave a person if things are not working up, rather than working around it and making it work. I don’t resonate with this feeling at all.”

She further adds, “I believe that you don’t give up on love. Today love is being misused. I could be wrong. With what I have seen, the percentage of people who actually think like me is very less these days. Money and fame will come and go, but you have to realize that you need more things that have more value. Relationships with your good friends, your parents, with the few people you connect with and share things with, are very important. People are running this race so fast that they are leaving behind very important things. You will get everything you want, but never forget those people who were with you when you had nothing. I live by this life lesson.”

She urges people to wish well and spread positivity. “Wish well for two people who love each other. It makes me really sad to see people having a lot of negativity in them. I am a very emotional person and all of my relationships matter to me. I have been seeing a lot of things around me, and I am being affected. Unfortunately,y I don’t agree with them.”

Truly well said, Vedika!
