The doctor treats Abhi and Pragya at the start of the episode. He informs Prachi that treatment has begun, but their situation appears to be critical. Prachi walks up to the admissions office to sign the documents. Gaurav’s henchman arrives. He locates the ward and arrives to assassinate Abhi and Pragya. Prachi informs the nurse that an old foe is plotting to assassinate her parents. Prachi and Siddharth rush to the doctor’s office to seek assistance for Abhi and Pragya. Prachi inquires of the goon as to who he is and what grudge he bears against her parents. She claims that after Ranbir left, Prachi became ill. Siddharth summoned her, and she dashed out to meet him. She claims Prachi did not visit a doctor or a chemist but rather went on a date with Siddharth. He expresses his confidence in Prachi and Siddharth. She claims that Prachi and Siddharth are having an affair, but Ranbir is sceptical. Shaina inquires as to whether Prachi has truly joined Siddharth. Rhea claims she tries to cause friction between them, but Ranbir has a lot of faith in Prachi. Prachi tells Pragya to relax and everything will be OK.
She regrets being late and being unable to help her parents. Siddharth is instructed to take Prachi outdoors by the doctor. Prachi has gone with Siddharth, she urges him to listen to her once. Prachi sobs and embraces Ranbir. Siddharth tells Ranbir that he overheard a man threatening to harm Abhi and Pragya and instantly phoned Prachi. Abhi and Pragya have fallen into a coma, according to Prachi. Prachi is reassured by Ranbir, who assures her that nothing will happen to her parents while she is around.
