Arohi responds, “Yes,” to Neil’s inquiry about her drama work. Arohi tries to change the subject. Along with the other visitors, Rohan leaves the location. Akshara makes Arohi’s plan to wed Neil public. She informs the Birlas and Goenkas of Arohi’s desire to marry Neil in order to obtain wealth and power. Akshara claims Abhimanyu helped her in locating documents and exposing Arohi. Arohi requests Neil’s belief in her. Neil becomes irate with Arohi. What is wrong Arohi is questioned by Manish. Swarna now regrets supporting Arohi over Manish. Arohi hears Suhasini tell her that she begged her not to break Swarna’s confidence. Arohi receives a stern talking from Kairav and Manjiri for defrauding Neil.
In the Next Scene Of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Harsh accuses Arohi of being dishonest and corrupt. Arohi stands her ground. Akshara requests that Arohi take responsibility for her error. Arohi begs Akshara and Abhimanyu to stop judging her because they weren’t perfect themselves. In front of Arohi, Akshara and Abhimanyu defend their union. Their error is their own. Neil is further asked by Akshara and Abhimanyu to decide whether or not he wants to keep up his relationship with Arohi. In life, severe choices must occasionally be made, says Akshara, or else fate will intervene and decide not to favor the individual. Arohi stands up for herself and claims that being egotistical and ambitious is perfectly OK. Arohi makes Anand angry.
In The Last Scene of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Arohi asserts her affection for Neil. If Neil faces opposition outside Birla Hospital, Abhimanyu asks Arohi if she will stand by him. Arohi remains silent. Neil ends his relationship with Arohi and returns the engagement ring. He queries Abhimanyu as to why after continually adoring someone, one does not experience true love in return. Abhimanyu and Akshara exchange looks. Neil requests a ride back from Abhimanyu. Neil told Abhimanyu that he will die; he doesn’t want to stay alive now. Abhimanyu gives positivity to Neil.
Swarna regrets not paying attention to Manish and Akshara. Manish expresses regret to Akshara for ignoring her out of rage. Akshara lifts Goenkas’ spirits. Her concern is for the Birlas.
Mahima makes fun of Goenkas and an irate Abhimanyu for disparaging Akshara. Mahima receives a request from Abhimanyu not to make matters worse with her taunts. In his defense, he expresses his hurt when Akshara disparages him. Mahima asserts the Goenkas simply cause them suffering. Neil is sought after by Arohi. Neil is broken. Abhimanyu challenges Neil to be completely honest. To return Akshara to her home, Neil talks with Abhimanyu. He requests that Abhimanyu not forget Akshara.
