Gigi Hadid might garner media attention due to her successful modelling job, her ultra-chic new parenthood looks, or her previous union with famous singer Zayn Malik. But with her skills in the kitchen, she might have discovered her vocation if she had ever wanted to change careers. And the Internet agrees thousands of TikTok makers jumped on the bandwagon when the model’s straightforward spicy vodka spaghetti recipe went viral.

But Hadid’s culinary expertise extends beyond that. The model has shared a variety of delectable meals on her Instagram stories for her more than 75 million followers to enjoy, including anything from dinner to dessert.

We genuinely want to make this spicy vodka pasta with vodka tonight, so let’s get back to the recipe. The steps and procedure described by Hadid are edited here, along with a link to her video. In addition, we would use additional vodka, perhaps 2 tablespoons. Times are hard.

2 Servings of GIGI HADID’S SPICY VODKA PASTA

Ingredients:

Olive oil, 1/4 cup

1 tiny clove of chopped garlic

Green onion, 1/4

1/4 cup of tomato paste

1.5 cups thick cream

vodka, 1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon of flakes of red pepper

225 grams of pasta shells

10 grams of butter

Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup

To serve, chopped basil

pepper and salt as desired

Method:

The olive oil, garlic, and onion should all be heated in a big pot. until soft, cook. According to Hadid, add the tomato paste and heat it until it appears “darker [in color] / a touch caramelized.”

Heavy cream is added. Vodka should be added after you’ve finished cooking everything.

Red pepper flakes should be added. [The chef has added a particular note here to add additional flakes if you prefer your pasta to be very spicy.]

One tablespoon of red pepper flakes

To mix, continue stirring. Put some pepper and salt on it. The sauce needs to be heated through.

Separately cook the pasta. Orecchiette would be a good alternative to the shells the chef uses. Prior to draining the cooked pasta, reserve 1/4 of the cooking water.

Butter should be added. In order to make the sauce “saucyy,” Hadid advises stirring over medium heat until the butter has melted.

Combine the sauce with the pasta and pasta water. Lastly, toss in the parmesan cheese.

Basil and parmesan cheese should be sprinkled over top to serve.
