Even if we don’t have a handy list of cuteness cues, most of us have a natural sense of what is and isn’t cute. When you see a nice, fluffy puppy, you just know it’s adorable.
In a nutshell, dogs appear to be adorable. The huge, spherical heads, forward-facing wide eyes, fluffy fur, and floppy ears of dogs allure us. They’re also endearing, with their clumsy movements, nuzzling noses, and wagging tails.
