I have cooked something called Gambas prawns:
Take prawns and peel the skin off it, and rub some lime on it. Let it sit for a bit, and then heat up some olive oil and butter in a pan. Then add lots of garlic to it, and then the prawns. Towards the end just sprinkle some oregano, and serve with bread! Store-bought bread of course because I have no clue how to make it!! (laughs)
Veg or Non Veg?
I’ve been pure-non vegetarian since childhood! But Mondays are exceptional as I love Shivji and twice a year for Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri I don’t eat non-veg!
Baked or fried?
Both! I have a big appetite!

Both!

Karela, I just cannot eat it

I don’t need food for that to be honest! I need my husband!
Weirdest dish you ever ate?
Octopus, I didn’t like it spat it out!

Oh, God! He or she better have insurance if I’m cooking! Jokes apart, it would be Hugh Jackman or Chris Hemsworth, I can’t choose between them!
Midnight snack?
Every midnight is different: Almonds, Khajoor, Cranberry, Wallnuts, fried potato wafer at times too!
The dish that your family loves when you make:
I tried cooking for the first time in quarantine – took the recipe from our restaurant Chef Rakesh and made Butter chicken! Well, I made it again so I’m assuming it was ‘superrrr se uppaarrrr’ Hahahah!
