Jennifer maintains a balanced and healthy diet and includes a lot of proteins and home-cooked food in it. She keeps it balanced and never skips her meals or tries different kinds of diets.

Talking to a media portal, Jasmin revealed her diet plan and said, “I follow the jo-dil-mai-aaye-kha-lo-diet to keep myself healthy because I feel our body lets us know everything! I feel it is important to eat everything but in the limit of course.”

On the other hand, Rubina believes, “Every food we eat provides the body with a range of nutrients, which helps us stay healthy. And, if eaten in the right proportion according to one’s body weight, age and gender it can also aid in keeping your body in shape. So, to achieve fat loss, it is important to eat the right food at the right time. I personally prefer heavy breakfast, light lunch and no carbohydrates in dinner.”
