EAT !! Don’t starve to burn calories. Eat right, eat healthily and workout with weights every second day and cardio every other day!

It’s tough to get, but is a great showcase of your fitness and fat levels… shouldn’t just be a fad though!

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

After building 8 packs last year, this year I want to end with a swimmer’s body! Lean and mean, beach ready!
