It’s important to be fit. Six pack is easy to get, but very difficult to maintain. Be flat stomached & fit. Six pack is not a sign of fitness.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

Want to be fit and walking till my last breath. I want to learn Yoga. That’s my next goal.

One tip for everyday fitness: 

Be consistent, be it a workout or in the food you eat. That’s the key. And listen to your body, don’t blindly copy anyone. Don’t indulge in too many fads. Stick to basics and you will be fit and fine

Wake up in the morning and prioritize any physical activity for minimum 30 mins. Don’t delay or postpone, get done with it. So that one is free all day for work etc.. Sleep well & on time. It’s equally important.
