Anything which is not allowed to eat on a normal day. It can be fast food. I usually avoid having it, but when I eat, I eat a lot (smiles).
Nothing in particular. It is important to flex every part of our body. So I do all the workouts needed. But if you ask me, I like the chest exercise more.
Fruit or Juices:
I am into juices.
Stairs or Lift:
If I am tired, I take the lift. Otherwise, it is always stairs
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
I get up and drink a lot of water. I take black coffee. It gives me a great kick. After drinking it, I go for my run.
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
I could not do much during the lockdown. I have a treadmill, so running on it has been the norm.
Yoga Or Weights:
Both have their own importance in life. Yoga keeps your mind calm and weights help in building muscles. So both are required.
Walking Or Jogging:
I think jogging is much better, as you tend to burn more calories
Your take on health supplements:
There are a few things that we can take in our normal life. For example, Vitamin D during the rainy season; Vitamin C, multivitamins, Fish Oil are also important and I take it.
Best way to burn calories:
Cardio will help you burn your calories the most.
One tip for everyday fitness:
During this lockdown when you cannot achieve much, it will be good if you can climb up and go down the stairs. Have a lot of body movement, and this will help in keeping fit. If you keep yourself fit, your body will have resistance to a lot of things as you get old. So do something to keep fit on a daily basis.
