Don’t Look Up, a new Netflix film is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Don’t Look Up cast members Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, and others provided amusing experiences and disclosed events from the production until the final premiere. Lawrence also opened up about meeting Ariana Grande on the set and shared her first reaction after engaging with the singing phenomenon during the movie’s Global Press Conference, which Pinkvilla’s Karishma Shetty was a part of.

Lawrence raved about the Positions singer when asked if she “fangirled” over her during filming. “It was surprising, to say the least. “She’s very little,” Lawrence added, adding that she’s been a “big fan” for a long time “Grande’s music has evolved over time. “Because our worlds don’t often collide, it’s just a little daunting. And, certainly, I felt like the winner of a radio contest. I simply didn’t know how to approach her. So I simply did my best,” the actress said, adding that Ariana Grande is “terrific.”

The cast members also talked about how they intended to use the film to teach about climate change and the significant problems surrounding it. The film’s cast also includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Kid Cudi, Timothe Chalamet, and Cate Blanchett, in addition to Lawrence and Grande.
