Jisoo from Blackpink and Jung Hae-in can be seen in a recent behind-the-scenes film for the Korean drama Snowdrop. The nighttime shoot is where they practice the scene where Jisoo ushers Jung Hae-in inside. This is where the video starts. Jisoo amuses Jung Hae-in by inventing clever phrases between scenes while feigning to practice taekwondo. In the video, Jisoo gestures to the camera and expresses her desire to end the day and go home.

In another scene, Su-ho (Jung Hae-in) and Jisoo’s character Young-Ro had to boil coffee for each other and share their first kiss. With the director, the two carefully plan the sequence, paying close attention to details like where to put the mugs and how to start the kiss. Jung Hae-in advises her to take a sip of the coffee Jisoo’s character is merely making since Jisoo does not want her to forget their kiss. Once they have the perfect setting, Jung Hae-in gives Jisoo an ice pack and tends to her needs.

According to their recent flurry of Instagram postings, Jung Hae-in and Jisoo are each other’s go-to models for picture shoots and have a tight friendship off-screen. The historical drama Snowdrop is set in the pivotal year 1987, which saw the June 1987 Democracy Movement, a large-scale uprising that compelled South Korea’s totalitarian government to organize free elections. As a result, the autocratic Fifth Republic of Korea was overthrown in by-elections, which were finally held in December 1987, ushering in the democratic Sixth Republic of Korea.

Lim Soo-ho, played by Jung Hae-in, is found by Young-Ro (Jisoo) drenched in blood. She hides him in her dorm room at the university, only to discover that he is more complex than he lets on. The two quickly start dating against the backdrop of political upheaval.
