The man who made masses laugh and cry with his playful voice no other than Kishore Kumar has become one of the most sought-after singers of today’s times. He was the legendary figure of the industry and loved by many.

Despite being an unschooled singer, Kishore Kumar was amazingly skilled in singing. Some of Kishore Kumar’s songs like Zindagi Ke Safar Mein, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, O Majhi Re Apna Kinara, Mera Jeevan, O Saathi Re are remarkable.

Did you know that three days before Kishore Kumar died, he had recorded a song which was never released? In 2012 in New Delhi at Osian’s Cinefan Auction, his unreleased song was sold for Rs 1560,000 (1.56 million).

The song was recorded just three days before the tragic death of Kishore Kumar in October 1987. Though further details of the songs are not known, the song was very valuable and one of a king’s last ever vocal of Kishore Kumar that we have with us.
