Avinesh Rekhi is undoubtedly one of the most talented and popular actors of the TV industry and his current show Choti Sarrdaarni is one of the most popular TV shows in the entertainment space today. The audience has shown a lot of love to Avinesh’s character of Sarabjit Singh Gill and no wonder the show is one of the most-watched shows at the moment.
The Covid-19 had an impact on the proceedings of the shoot and the lockdown brought the show to a halt. It was only after the lockdown eased that the shooting resumed once again. But is it similar to how it used to be? Well, when Avinesh was asked about the same, he said and we quote,
“Well, it is definitely not the same. We are trying our best to do whatever we have within our limited resources to entertain our audience and I feel we are extremely lucky that the content of our show is such that the narrative doesn’t need much of a change due to the Covid-19. As far as safety is concerned, we are doing our best to have a sanitized environment. But, I am a lot more cautious now because of Covid-19. I distance myself from my family after I reach home from sets. It is only after sanitizing and taking a shower that I come close to my kids.”
