Actress Dalljiet Kaur looks forward to the New Year with positivity and hopes for the best for herself and her family. She looks forward to the long week of festivity and happiness which will start with Christmas and the New Year..
Says Dalljiet, “For Christmas, I will be going out for lunch, will meet friends. We will also go to Mount Mary Church. I want Jaydon to enjoy Christmas. I want him to see the amazing decorations that happen in Mumbai.”
Dalljiet talks about the time when she started celebrating Christmas. “For the first time, I celebrated Christmas with my Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon gang. We would meet Secret Santa, and get together for lunch. We do it every year. The nicest memories are the ones where the kids open the presents.”
“Every year has been a journey with so many learnings. This year again, I have learnt quite a lot of things. I am happy that the year starts with fewer restrictions for Covid. It is happy to see normal life again. There is a hope that I start my New Year with more work, more prosperity and more family time.
“My resolution for the New Year is to better myself. I stepped into the web world this year and it has been amazing. I want to do more of the web shows. My biggest gain has been more family time and being alive. My learning has been that life is unpredictable. Waking up every day is the biggest blessing we can have. We need to be thankful every day for the fact that we are living,” she adds.
Looking forward to the New Year, Dalljiet avers, “I want to be braver, be open to the changes that come by. I want to embrace the changes that happen in my life with positivity.”
