Today’s episode of 10 September 2019 Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts as we see Panditji giving Prasad to Naira which she gives to Vansh seeing this VEdika wonders why Naira did not have the Prasad. Liza thanks everyone for taking her care. Naksh tells Liza to take some rest, Naira texts Liza about knowing about her unknown BF once they meet Akhilesh. Liza prays to meet her BF.

Vedika wonders if Naira has kept the fast and asks Kartik about it but Kartik does not agree with her. Vedika thinks of confirming her doubt. She comes to see Naira who is holding a food plate which she had taken to feed Kairav and Vansh but seeing the Vedika gets happy and thinks that Naira did not keep that fast. While she is going back she feels dizzy and faints but Naira pulls her back and calls Kartik for help.

She calls out for everyone, hearing her call everyone including Kartik come to the place and ask what happened. Naira tells them about what happened and they call a doctor who suggests that Vedika should not continue with the fast and have something Vedika starts crying and apologizes to Kartik for not being able to keep her first Teej.

Later, Kartik questions Naira if she had food or not but Niara refuses to answer. Kartik asks her the reason for keeping the Teej fast even after being his ex-wife. She starts crying.

Suwarna and Dadi share their thoughts about Vedika’s bad fate and how she wasn’t able to complete her fast. They also talk about Kartik’s relation with Niara.

Kairav and Vansh plan to get speakers for the festival, while they are trying to get a speaker a drawer falls and the phone comes out of it. Vansh sees that the phone is locked but a call comes on the phone which receives. Liza is on the other side of the call. She disconnects the call on hearing a kids voice over it. Liza calls up Naira and tells her about what happened when she called the number.
The phone gets switched off due to low battery so when Liza tries again she wasn’t able to reach it. Meanwhile, the Goenka’s get the good news of winning the Kuldevi temple case which was in dispute for around 3000 days. The written update of 10 September 2019 Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ends here.
