What is your favourite cheat food?

Chinese and to be specific, Fried Rice and Chilly Chicken

What would your last meal on Earth be?

Maa ka haath ka khana, of course!! Staying in Mumbai, I have always missed my mother’s food. So it has to be my last meal.

Do you cook at home? What do you make? Share a recipe with us

Yes, I have nobody to cook for me in Mumbai. Even though I hated to cook, I have now learnt quite a lot. I can now make mostly everything. I make Chicken dishes as they are easy to make.

Healthy Dahi Chicken – Marinate Chicken with Dahi, onion and garlic paste, salt and red chilli for 30 minutes. In a kadai, put as much ghee you want, add jeera, chilli paste, and add the marinated chicken. Cook it well till it becomes semi-gravy. I call this Healthy Dahi Chicken

Veg or Non Veg:

Non-veg anytime!!

Baked or fried:

Baked, I don’t like fried food

Soup or salad:

Actually I like both. But I will prefer salad over soup

Megha Chakraborty shares her favourite ‘Dahi Chicken’ recipe

One vegetable that you hate the most:

I eat anything and everything. If I have to choose one, it has to be bottle gourd. My mother puts prawns in bottle gourd which I like. Otherwise as a vegetable, I hate it

Your erotica food:

Cheese Cake, I love it

Celebrity you would love to cook for:

Obviously Shah Rukh Khan, my favourite. I want to cook some Chicken dish for him

Weirdest dish you ever ate:

The Chinese dish, Chicken Wanton. Don’t order ever. It is extremely costly. Also, there is not much chicken in it. The outside coating is totally fried and tastes bad.

Midnight snack:

Chocolates, pastries

The dish that your family loves when you make:

They like my Omelet

The best complement got was for which dish:

I was an eighteen year old when I entered the kitchen for the first time. I had prepared some dish, using lot of cheese. I don’t even remember what I made, but I recollect vividly that my parents liked it a lot. You can call it Cheesy Chicken (smiles).
