Having six-pack abs is actually not very healthy for your body. You can’t be in such a low body fat percentage for a longer duration. The target should be to be healthy.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

Currently, I am working on a project, so for that, I need to be in a certain shape. So my focus is on that right now

One tip for everyday fitness:

Make fitness your lifestyle and don’t stress about it
