Karan Suchak who has been a versatile performer with varied roles in TV shows Savitri, Pavitra Rishta, Mahabharat, Singhasan Battisi, Siya Ke Ram, Peshwa Bajirao, Meri Hanikarak Biwi etc is disciplined when it comes to keeping himself fit.

In a candid chat with IWMBuzz.com, Karan Suchak for our Fitness Segment talked about his fitness choices and his interests when it comes to working out.

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I make sure I get up by 8 in the morning. Within an hour’s time, I start my workout. It helps me to lose weight. It also helps me to stay fit

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

The same, overhead press and squat. I also have bars and weights at home, so I use them for squats. If you do not have it at home, you can do burpees and pushups

Yoga or weights:

It is a combination of yoga and weights. Yoga helps me in concentration

Walking or jogging:

Jogging

Your take on health supplements:

I believe in taking natural diet. Whenever I am approached for a particular role, I make sure I go on a diet. I don’t believe in taking too many supplements. I stick to fruits and vegetables. That’s how I believe you need to to stay fit

Best way to burn calories:

Don’t eat carbs and fats post 6 pm in the evening. Trust me, that will burn down your calories

One tip for everyday fitness:

What I believe is that you should not limit yourself to gym when it comes to workout. That’s what I have practiced. I always used to go to jogging parks, do functional training at home etc. This actually helped me to continue my workout at home even during lockdown.

Make sure you work out everyday. It changes your day to the better. Not only workout, you can get fit by involving yourself in any kind of sport.
