 In fruit the fibre is important, but my new juicer can give me 10 fruits in juice

Lift. Stairs are bad for the knees eventually

Cardio or Functional Training

Yoga Or Weights:

Depends on your goals. Difficult to do both. One is stretching out the muscle and the other is about shortening the muscle

Walking, again depends on your goals.

Your take on six-pack abs:

Stupid cultural fad. You have to become weak and almost a stick to reach and maintain that goal. If not you have to use drugs to retain muscle mass while in a deficit

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I want to be strong enough that nothing scares me. Also, I want to start training in boxing

One tip for everyday fitness: 

Drink enough water and eat enough greens and salads and also reduce inflammation as much as possible
