Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have quite a sweet love story of finding each other and then finding their ‘the ones’ in each other. The sweet couple got married in December back in 2018. They will be celebrating their third year together in a couple of months.
The two stars had quite a grand wedding planned with their close family and friends. They held a Christian wedding on the 1st of December and a Hindu wedding the next day. The Mehendi, Sangeet, and Haldi ceremonies weren’t any less grand! They also had 3 different receptions. But the wedding itself wasn’t the only grand thing! Priyanka Chopra got quite an expensive wedding gift from her mother-in-law, Denise Miller-Jonas.
Nick Jonas’s mother, Denise Miller welcomed Peecee into their home with a beautiful and expensive gift. According to an India Today report, Denise gifted Priyanka snowflake earrings by Van Cleek & Arpels. The same reports stated that the gorgeous pair of earrings cost a whopping USD 79,500 a pair; which is around Rs. 55.46 lakhs. And this estimate doesn’t even include the sales taxes!
The snowflake earrings are carefully crafted with gold and are studded with several diamonds. The earrings have around 170 diamonds according to the India Today report. The official website of the French jewelry label, Van Cleef & Arpels defines the earrings as “Sparkling with light, the Snowflake High Jewelry collection is inspired by flakes of snow – an inspiration for Van Cleef & Arpels since the 1940s. Round diamonds combine to form dazzling winter motifs.”
