Bollywood, over the years, has treated its fans with some of the most beloved on-screen couples and one can keep on taking names of such magical on-screen couples. Talking about magical on-screen couples, one on-screen pair which is nothing less than rage in today’s time despite just being one film old is Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan.
Ever since Sara Ali Khan made a sweet confession about having a crush on Kartik Aaryan on Karan Johar’s show in front of Saif Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan aka ‘Sartik’ became a thing for real. While Sara very sweetly and candidly asked him out for a ‘coffee date’, Kartik eventually admitted developing a crush on Sara post that incident as well. And later, Ranveer Singh did the honours of introducing them. Their on-screen chemistry and off-screen camaraderie are being appreciated by one and all and they became the talk of the town.
It was only then that director Imtiaz Ali decided to make full use of the buzz around these and that’s when he cast them for the sequel of his movie Love Aaj Kal. Although the movie didn’t do as well as it would have liked to in the cinemas, Kartik and Sara’s on-screen chemistry was loved by one and all and as one would expect, they demanded more.
