Anurag Kashyap is known for being vocal about various issues. Be it issues related to the film industry or issues involving National interest, Anurag is always at it when it comes to stating openly what he feels like.
Time and again, he has raised his voice against any issues which are debatable in terms of its viability.
Situation has turned hostile quite often for him as once his daughter was openly threatened for raising his voice on social issues. These things have happened repeatedly but Anurag finally seems to have lost the trick.
Now, as per media reports, Anurag, post his criticism of the current government (many intellectuals signed a petition against rise of cases of lynching in India), apparently was harrowed on social media and even his family members were threatened.
Thus, the report states that he has quit Twitter. Though we cannot validate the reason for his disappearance from social media, at the time of publishing the article, Kashyap’s Twitter account was non-functional.
