Justin Beiber is a singer, songwriter and actor. Justin was discovered by a talent manager, Scooter Braun, at the age of 13 through his YouTube cover song videos. Justin Beiber has successful collaborations, including Cold Water”, “Let Me Love You”, “Despacito (Remix)”, “I’m the One”, “I Don’t Care” and “10,000 Hours.

Justin believes in keeping himself fit and healthy. He lifts five times a week for about 45 minutes. Justin uses a three-day body-part-split: one workout session for back and triceps, one session for chest and biceps, and the other session for legs and shoulders.

They combine wide-grip pull-ups with lying triceps extensions, wide-grip rows with cable pushdowns, and dumbbell rows with pushups. His trainer, Nilsson, said they do 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps of each exercise, which means 9 to 12 sets per muscle group per workout.

Nilsson once revealed, “We don’t do a lot of cardio work because of his routines”. Justin Beiber’s abdominal core training is a necessity for getting a six-pack look. Justin’s favorite exercise is Roman Chair leg raises, which is combined with front/side crunches and twisting leg raises.
