RM, a member of BTS, intends to launch his own open-air art gallery. On June 28, RM made an appearance on Intersections: The Art Basel Podcast, Episode 1 of Season 2. He discussed BTS and art collecting with American/French art critic Marc Spiegler. RM is well recognized for being a serious art enthusiast. When he has the chance to visit art museums both domestically and overseas, he frequently “namjoons” and shares his discoveries with his followers on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram. RM has now disclosed that he could desire to exchange art with others on a more intimate level.
RM discussed his aspirations to open and operate a location where the public may examine his collection during the audio episode. He said that collecting “really gives me the standard to live as a better man, as a better adult, and [as] an artist. I just want to make music like the timeless pieces that I admire.” So, he’d like to share his art collection with others now, just as he shares his museum trips with ARMYs on Instagram
