Talented actress Monica Khanna who essays the role of Zeenat in Zee TV’s popular show Ishq Subhan Allah (Creative Eye) is presently nursing a knee injury.
Monica developed immense stress on her knee while climbing stairs all of a sudden when she experienced a jerk in her knee, which resulted in a displacement of the muscle in her knee that protects the knee.
Says Monica, “The muscles that support my knee are very weak and whenever I put pressure on my knee, I experience severe jerk. I am taking care of myself. I am on bed rest, and will resume shoot probably tomorrow. I cannot walk properly as I have a limp owing to the pain in my knee. I am exercising to get my muscles better.”
This is not the first time that Monica has experience this pain in her knee. “While I was shooting for Thapki Pyaar Ki, I had this pain in my knee. I guess this has become a recurring problem and that is why I need to take care so that my knee heals fully.”
