In today’s Anupamaa episode, Kinjal claims that she and Kavya can understand Anupamaa but she questions why can’t Pakhi and Paritosh understand their mother. Kinjal wonders when will Pakhi and Paritosh begin comprehending Anupamaa. Kavya adds that they will never understand. Pakhi and Paritosh get insulted severely by Kinjal and Kavya for disrespecting Anupamaa. Pakhi and Paritosh are warned by Kinjal that they will one day regret it and yearn for Anupamaa’s love, but they will not be granted it. Kavya urges Kinjal to relax. Kavya is reassured by Kinjal that she is okay.
Then in Anupamaa, Vanraj was about to depart but Kavya intervened. Kavya claims she hasn’t finished talking yet. Anuj, Anupamaa and Anu are spending time together. Pakhi sobs. She considers what she did to Anupama and realizes her error. Vanraj requests Kavya to finish her talk. Kavya claims that she has always wished to be Anupamaa but is grateful that she is not. She feels sorry that Anupamaa’s own kids treated her poorly. Kavya says that no matter whatever Anupamaa does for the family, the Shahs would never value her. She claims that it becomes pointless to do anything for the house when Anupamaa, who had put so much effort into it, wasn’t appreciated. Kavya claims that henceforth, she won’t put up with any more teasing inside the home and would only live by her terms. She continues by saying that if someone tries to get in her way, she won’t amuse them and will instead respond appropriately. Kinjal agrees with Kavya.
Later in Anupamaa, Pakhi dreams that Anupamaa is around her and she will never leave her. When Pakhi returns to reality, she breaks down and cries for Anupamaa. Anupamaa remembers her insult at Shah’s house. Anuj tells Anupama that while he doesn’t want to end her relationship with the Shahs, they have crossed their limits. He goes on to say that she doesn’t deserve abuse. Anuj claims that since they were Shahs, he remained silent rather than offending her by setting fire to the globe. Anuj tells Anupamaa that he cannot appreciate her for going to Shahs again, where she is not respected. Anupamaa assures Anuj that she won’t return to the Shah residence.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Anuj says to Anupamaa that if there is any emergency she can go. Anupamaa declares that she will only go if Shahs calls. Anu asks Sara why Anupamaa is an idol. Sara justifies Anupamaa’s deserving of veneration. Anuj reports that Anupamaa has gained new backing. Anupamaa embraces Sara and Anu. Vanraj examines Pakhi. Pakhi decides to apologize to Anupama after reflecting on her behavior. Vanraj believes that after Pakhi apologizes to Anupamaa, the Kapdias would begin visiting their home. He prevents Pakhi from expressing regret to Anupamaa.
